Where Purpose Becomes Legacy.

A private, non-collegiate sorority founded in August 2026.

More Than a Sisterhood

A Connection With Purpose.

Pi Iota Nu Kappa Epsilon (ΠΙΝΚΕ), better known as The Pinkés, is a private, non-collegiate sorority rooted in sisterhood, empowerment, personal growth, and the commitment to building a meaningful and lasting legacy. Our foundation is intentional, built on genuine connection, shared experiences, and the belief that meaningful relationships are cultivated through consistency, commitment, and mutual respect.

We're bringing together women from different backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life, creating a space where they are supported, uplifted, and encouraged through every season of womanhood. We believe in meeting women where they are, embracing their individual journeys, and fostering an environment that prioritizes mental health, wellness, genuine friendships, and the power of women supporting women.

Our purpose extends beyond personal connections. We're building a community of women who inspire one another, celebrate individual and collective achievements, and contribute to something greater than themselves.

This isn't simply about attending events or carrying a membership title. It's about showing up with intention, growing through shared experiences, standing beside one another through life's challenges and triumphs, and creating a legacy of empowerment, unity, and sisterhood that extends well beyond ourselves.

Life As a Pinké

Members have opportunities to explore leadership, contribute behind the scenes, and gain hands-on experience bringing ideas and initiatives to life. Each woman is encouraged to play an active role in shaping the sisterhood she is part of. As our we continue to grow, we also hope to extend our impact through community service, charitable efforts, and meaningful outreach. Every contribution matters, whether you're leading an initiative or supporting your sisters along the way.

We recognize that every woman connects and grows at her own pace. Through shared experiences and opportunities to step outside familiar spaces, we encourage members to discover new interests, build confidence, and form genuine connections without ever feeling pressured to become someone she is not.

And while we take our purpose to heart, we still know how to enjoy life. From spontaneous dinners and weekend getaways to birthdays, personal milestones, and thoughtful gestures — we celebrate both life's grand occasions and its quieter moments.

Within Pi Iota Nu Kappa Epsilon, individuality is embraced and authenticity is valued. Each member is encouraged to express herself while upholding our shared standards of class, confidence, dignity, and respect. We take pride in who we are, what we represent, and how we carry ourselves individually and as a sisterhood.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞

Engage intentionally. This can mean attending a gathering, greeting a newcomer, completing a task you promised, or showing up attentively in a virtual conversation. Quiet participation counts when it is real participation.

🅿

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲

Communicate honestly, keep commitments when possible, acknowledge mistakes, protect confidential information, and let Leadership know when your circumstances change.

🅸

𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 & 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤

Build relationships before transactions. Offer a useful introduction, share an opportunity, celebrate progress, and ask permission before sharing someone else’s contact information.

🅽

𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩

Choose respect even when friendship does not naturally develop. Not every Pinké will become your closest friend, but every member should be treated with dignity. Kindness includes healthy boundaries, direct communication, and an absence of bullying, exclusion, or public shaming.

🅺

É𝐥𝐚𝐧 & 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Carry confidence, bring curiosity, personal style, and always be willing to grow. Enjoy beautiful experiences without using material access as a measurement of another woman’s worth.

🅴

“ No one has to be the loudest woman in the room or attend every event. But a sisterhood cannot be built from silence alone. Staying in contact, making an effort, respecting boundaries, and following through are what build trust. “

Your Journey

Your Way In

Your Journey Begins With Intention.

Becoming a member of The Pinkés begins with a thoughtful and intentional selection process. We believe that joining a sorority is a meaningful commitment, and we encourage every prospective member to take the time to learn about our organization before deciding to apply.

Our membership process begins with an opportunity to explore who we are, attend an interest meeting, and ask questions. Those who wish to move forward may submit an application for individual review. Selected applicants may also be invited to participate in a personal interview.

Acceptance is not guaranteed. Applicants who are approved will receive a private enrollment invitation with instructions for completing their membership activation.

We welcome women who are genuinely interested in becoming part of Pi Iota Nu Kappa Epsilon and are ready to contribute to the organization as it continues to grow.
